SELECTED EXPERIENCE / ANONYMIZED

The decisions behind the diagrams.

Examples of problems I have worked on in enterprise settings. Descriptions omit employer-owned architecture, internal addresses and proprietary configurations.

CASE 001 / IDENTITY OPERATIONS

From multi-day delays to a shorter lifecycle

Challenge: Employee identity onboarding and offboarding required extended coordination and manual handoffs.

Approach: Workflow automation and process redesign using enterprise identity and productivity tooling.

Outcome: Reduced a previously roughly five-day workflow to under one hour in the reported implementation. Scope and process details are simplified for public disclosure.

CASE 002 / DISTRIBUTED IT-OT

Architecture for smart building environments

Challenge: Reconcile enterprise security with distributed building systems, availability constraints and operational vendors.

Approach: Security architecture, segmentation, visibility and vulnerability management aligned with implementation boundaries.

Outcome: Architecture direction and security controls advanced across the platform; detailed client-specific metrics are intentionally not published.

CASE 003 / WEB THREAT PROTECTION

Reducing exposure to risky web content

Challenge: Improve protection around untrusted websites and email-linked browsing.

Approach: Enterprise implementation and administration of browser isolation policies.

Outcome: Operational browser isolation controls; no unsupported reduction statistics are claimed.
